Returns/Exchanges
POLICY:
Thirteen Concept Shop operates on a no refund policy. Please contact us directly if you would like to do an exchange. All exchanges MUST to be done within 14 days of purchase as we are limited on quantities. Store exchanges will be processed as a store credit.
Sale items are final sale. Sample sale & sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGES:
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE for returns and exchange shipping fees unless order was filed in error.
Please contact customer service to initiate an exchange.
A return label will be sent to the customer to return unworn items with tags attached. Please allow 5-7 days for items to be returned via mail to our showroom. Customer is responsible for fees related to return label.
Once you have received your return label, you have seven days to return the items to give us time to process the exchange. If items are not sent back within the stated timeline, you will not be able to received an even exchange and your purchase will be final.
CONDITIONS:
Items must be unworn, not damaged, free of makeup, odor, stains and tags attached.
If you receive any item damaged, please let us know immediately (within 24 hours of receiving your garment).
